1. Functionality Verification: Before selling any water heater, we diligently test and verify its functionality to ensure that it meets our quality standards.

2. 1-Year Replacement Warranty: We offer a 1-year replacement-only warranty on all our scratch and dent water heaters. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions that may arise under normal use during the 1-year period from the date of purchase from our facility.

3. Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover any damage to person, animal, or property that may occur as a result of a faulty water heater. Additionally, the warranty does not extend to cover labor costs required for the installation of a new water heater or any associated plumbing or electrical work.

4. Warranty Commencement and Duration: The 1-year warranty period begins on the date of purchase from our facility and remains in effect for exactly 365 days. Please ensure you retain your purchase receipt or invoice as proof of the date of purchase.

5. Warranty Updates: Western Builder Supply reserves the right to update or modify these warranty policies without prior notification. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website or at our facility.

6. Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department with your proof of purchase. Our team will guide you through the claim process and, if deemed eligible, arrange for a replacement water heater as quickly as possible.

7. Limitations: This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the water heater from Western Builder Supply. It does not extend to subsequent owners or users.

8. Limit of Liability: In no event shall Western Builder Supply be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the water heater covered by this warranty.

9. Exclusion of Other Warranties: This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Western Builder Supply for its scratch and dent water heaters, and no other warranties, expressed or implied, are provided.
